I'm just not sure this is correct, if you post the source from the NCAA, I'll definitely eat my wordsANSWER:
B Since Team A was behind by more than 8 points, no time is put back on the clock.

I don't think I recall a review of time expiring on the last play of any game, and certainly not a game that was already decided. Can you post a copy of that rule, I see it imposed the opposite way every year with no mention of a missed call

That covers it.As I posted above, see rule 12-3-6. Here’s a screen shot. Read (c)(3).
What about item 2?
Where does it say all 4
The word “and” after the semicolon in #3 means all 4 must be satisfied. If it said “or,” then any of the four would be OK.
He's a lawyer, he knows how these things work.I think it means, 1 or 2 or 3 and 4. I see nothing that says it has to be all 4

Plus, he's right anyway.
9. A 10-second runoff has been added on Replay reviews. Has to occur with less than 1 minute remaining in either half. You may never see this used. If it happens, I will explain it at that time. Either team may use a timeout to avoid the runoff.

How does B51 recover it? Does he just pick it up and start running or does he fall on it and then get back up? Was a penalty called?Question No. 4 (A "stumper")
Third and goal at the B-3. A10 takes the direct snap, fumbles at the B-2 and the ball rolls into the end zone. B51 recovers in the end zone. He attempts to run the ball out but is tackled in the end zone, the ball never coming into the field of play. During B51’s run B83 clips at the B-6.
ANSWER:
a. The ball is dead when B51 recovers in the end zone.
b. The clipping penalty results in a safety.
c. First and 10 for Team B at the B-3.
d. First and 10 for Team B at the B-10.
I say B, assuming he wasn't down before he tried to advance it. If he was it's a touchbackQuestion No. 4 (A "stumper")
