The concession workers tell me they don’t even get the tip. Select “no tip” And give them a dollar or two in the jar.

At the basketball games, all the concession stand workers say they don’t get the tips, but the side cart standalone beer stands workers tell me they get to keep the tips. I never tip on the card at a concession stand and I always leave a few bucks in the tip jar if they have one. Not sure what the hell TCU does with their tips.

Would also like to know where these tips go.

I am pulling out this supposed moving of our home game with UNC to Ireland. I want the TCU Athletics mucks who monitor this board to see it.

What a bunch of malarkey BS this is (if true). Once again, the season ticket holders don't mean a flying scheiss to TCU officials and your money and support can kiss their ass.

I am tired of our marquee home games being sent to Jerry's World or now overseas. Why didn't they send this year's game to Ireland? Seems like this one would be the key game to send. Perhaps UNC has bigger stones than we do and told them (ESPN) not no but hell no.

We seem to always be all too eager to move our biggest home games out of our stadium and season ticket package. Oh but dont worry, those with the higher priority points will get first shot at those $200 tickets.

So season ticket holders, all of you loyalists for decades, scheiss off and enjoy your home games with Tarleton, UCF and Cincinnati and pay your higher season ticket fees and shut up.

I think the exposure probably sealed the deal. TV audience likely to be one of our highest of the year, if not the highest. Will be TV ads all August promoting the game, and gives us urgency/ excitement to the season right off. Still have 7 home games and the B-12 slate is solid that year. I can see why some are negative about it, but I can see why they did this.
Just so after the season everyone can say our TV numbers were skewed by the Ireland game. Same story, rinse repeat. Heard playing UT, OU and LSU and OSU games at Jerryworld all inflated our numbers and that we really don’t draw on our own. Guess I’m just trying to figure out how exactly “exposure” in this games benefits TCU in a nuts and bolts kind of way? I mean - we got more exposure in the natty than we will for Ireland and look at all the good that did us.

oh, wonderful. a time that will make certain we don't get peak exposure. what a scheiss show.
KSU-ISU on August 23rd time hasn't been set as far as I can tell. Suppose anytime between noon and 3 PM would be options.

Wonder what the fan reaction was when they announced Farmaggedon was going to be played in Ireland instead of Manhattan?
