Was working from hone today when I heard a fire truck, ambulance and two police pull up next door.

Turns out my wonderful neighbor, and father of twin preteen boys, passed away today.

He was an amazing neighbor and a friend of mine. Say a prayer for this wife and boys please.

Like Riggs said, I just accepted an awesome offer for a next career step and the wife and I moved up to Nebraska last weekend. Will be living close to my pops for the first time in nearly 25 years, so a great chance to make up for lost time with he and my brother.

I’ve been accused of only moving Bc TCU is bad at football, but clearly I didn’t move up there to see good football.

Had a friend who moved from houston to chicago after graduating college. A restaurant opened in his area that served breakfast tacos and it got a full writeup in the paper because of the mind-blowing concept: tacos... but with breakfast filling!

Brisket, guacamole and flour tortillas were new to me. Texas barbecue was new, and loved it. Angelo’s was our go-to in the day. Benito’s for cheap Chile enchiladas.

I have never heard of grape jelly on eggs, and I am from the north. Maybe you are kidding, because that sounds very bad.
