Manholes have come up all over the place. There's a manhole ajar outside Macaroni Grill on University and water has been flowing out non-stop for nearly 24 hours. Two lanes are blocked off.

I know you know that’s a deer feeder in the bottom pic and you’re just joking around, but ironically... in the top pic, those two posts sticking out on the far left of the photo (used to) hold a catfish feeder for the pond.
