2017-18 Men's Basketball Thread

After doing research and asking several people the committee usually does everything they can to not have a rematch but there is no rule against it. Happened with SMU and USC rematch recently.

St. Bonaventure really wouldnt be one of those teams you would want to see as an 11 or 12 seed. They lost games when Jaylen Adams was hurt or not 100% but since he has been healthy they have been on a roll. They have 2 NBA caliber guards and would be a lot better than a typical team seeded at 11.

We got them without Jaylen Adams and still had a tough game with them.

Do you not believe in 7 or 10 seeds?

The rich get richer. Duke has 4 starting *freshman* and will still contend for a national title in 2018. Their incoming recruiting class for next season? They have the top 3 players ranked in the ESPN national top 100. All three of them. Good grief.

What was the recruit’s name who chose Duke over the frogs two years ago? He rarely gets any playing time this season for the Blue Devils.

Edit: Bolden is the player with Duke.

Lol my bad I don’t know how I forgot to type those in. I have it all written down so when I’m back home I’ll edit the post and add those in

Edit: went back and edited the original post but I’ll post it here again. Let me know what you think just did it for fun. I based it on current records didn’t project. I also think I probably gave a lot of the mid majors better seeds than the actual committee will
