I've waited 3 times for Franklins. Multiple hours each time. They have a beer waitress who comes around so it's tolerable.

I've waited an hour for Heim a few times too, but more recently it has been 20-30 mins.

Pro-tip: go straight to a seat at the bar at Heim and order from there- no wait.

I’m guessing about 40 minutes is my limit if I am comfortable during the wait. If we are talking outside in a line in summer Texas sun....maybe 8 minutes

Meat U Anywhere in Grapevine has some great brisket. I walked right in though. I tend to eat early to beat the crowd. The line was out the door when I left.
