If they were free to leave those two could walk into the Big Ten or SEC, whichever they prefer. UNC probably has enough leverage to take NC State with them. I suspect when all this is done VT, UVa, UNC and NC State will be in the SEC. FSU and Clemson will be in the Big Ten if Fox and NBC will pay for that. That will force Notre Dame into the Big Ten as well. What happens after that I have no idea, but if the Big 12 stays intact and doesn't become division two, Pitt, Louisville, Duke and maybe Miami if they're still available will end up with us.I’m really surprised UNC and UVA are not in discussion for joining the Big 12 if FSU and Clemson are leaving the ACC.
If that all happens at all it'll be because FSU wins its law suit.
