I wonder if Mike Collins might be the next SMU qb. They appear to have a true freshman behind Buechele.

You would have to think someone is leaving and I'm thinking Collins and maybe Reagor.

Reagor won’t leave unless it’s either to the NFL or if he’s already graduated. Since he didn’t redshirt, the latter might be unlikely.

Due to his performance this year, it's unlikely he would declare after this season, Maybe late 3rd. at best.

Dykes would do quite well with Collins and Reagor.

It is what it is.
Fumbles, slow reads, sacks and interceptions come with true freshman qb's.
Just stop blaming the entire team and staff for his play.
I'm sure he isn't.
It's more than likely gonna get worse.
Blitzes mixed with 8 man coverages with much better athletes will be the order for the remainder of the season.

Realistically, going forward, what could change in the next 2 weeks that would move the program up where we could get to 6-6? Other than offensive and defensive refinement, nothing. Same starters basically on offense and defense, same schemes, same coaches, etc. Why expect a significant turnaround? .

There are way to many Drama Queens on this site. There were several examples, Sat/Sun, where better teams were beaten by inferior opponents (ie. OSU/TT), not saying we're better than ISU.

Point being, we were flat Saturday and that may be most of what it was... along with some lack of leadership and way to many penalties. It just happens to almost every team during the season. Way too early to panic.
