The Mountain West has been a good home and has treated us well*. There's no shame in telling the BE and B12 to F-off, and staying where we've had success.

*nevermind getting screwed out of our home game vs Boise. Sure, it was a jerk move, but otherwise the MWC has been relatively drama-free.

Say what??? In either conference, even if for only two years, we make at least 8X more money. That's 16 years' worth of MWC income in 2. I'd say we're moving, one way or another, no matter what. Economically it's just too good a deal to turn down.

Between the BE and Big 12, both conferences are unstable. Either one can be gone in a year.

Big 12: closer, Deal with UT, more regional news of lil ol TCU, maybe more money first 1 or 2 years

BE: farther, TCU treated with more respect, East coast news coverage of top 25 TCU, contract soon up for negotiation

Also with the BE, maybe we can get the Pitt/Cuse games switched to FW instead of USF or Cincy in 2012.
