BU doable. OU, at Norman,not seeing it. This team played hard tonight, but not good enough to overcome all their penalties & mistakes.

Yeah, helped by a no call on a block in the back for a TD, a no call interference on fourth and goal, a no call on a two point conversion… We could make a play too with all those second, third, and fourth chances.

True, but you can’t ignore the ref bias on that game. UT has historically been too proud to resort to such measures, but not this time.

Good luck to them in the SEC, where such tactics will be ineffective, and they will ultimately succumb to obscurity.

This team not good enough to overcome undisciplined mistakes & penalties.

Throw in very questionable Coaching at times, not a recipe for sustained success.

There was also a time when teams took pride in their appearance. Unlike our team with shirt tails hanging out for at least half of them. Look sloppy, play sloppy.

Remember the game in 2020 where they fumbled at the goal line and we won? This feels like the karma balance of that, they made that one play at the end (of both halves I suppose) to win.

Oh well, I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Big 12 together. More wins than losses and some absolute beatdowns I never thought I'd see.

But we did last year, some times it bounces your way and sometimes not. Except for Iowas St and Kansas St, they will never be truly great.

I want to say good job to the fans that stayed until the very end of the game. I couldn't believe how loud The Carter got even though it was only half full during the 4th quarter. We were so close to completing a comeback for the ages and so many quitters would have missed it. That's why I never leave a game early.
