glad we won today. Happy for the seniors & Max played with so much guts today. Could have quit at halftime, but we kept fighting for the win.

More important, I don’t have to listen to my folks, my brothers, my niece & my godson & his wife call me & sing the KU fight song. Thank you Frogs!

Here the stats that matter to me:

Dykes has, at SMU, managed to recruit the 51st class in the country in 2021 per 247 Sports (TCU’s class was 53rd), and the 57th class for this recruiting cycle (TCU’s is currently 79th after multiple decommits, it was previously 53rd

And that considering that SMU plays outside the P5, has a higher winning percentage than us, and is paid way lower.

But heck, any warm body not associated with the current regime is going to be an upgrade.

Closing thoughts for me, the silver lining on this season is we will have all new coaches next year, and we were able to do what UT could not - beat KU at home.

West Virginia threw deep on 4th down with just under a minute to go from about the 45 leading by 8 instead of of punting. UT bailed them out by throwing an interception. Still not the brightest move.

They always suck. Today they just didn't call much of anything. 3 Penalties on the Frogs, I think 1 for zero yards on Kansas.
