Why would Dyke's "be looking" for a replacement? Wouldn't he have someone ready to step in, after taking this long to cut Gillespie loose, if true?

I’m assuming he does have somebody ready to go. (Even saw one of the sites state that being true.). My guess is timing in the other end might be holding up making the announcement public

So he was recruiting for a 4 man line??? Not likely...

247 also reported 2 weeks ago that changes were coming in 24 hours.

or Gillespie didn't know the score. Or the score wasn't settled because the deal for his replacement wasn't finalized.
