Barring an 11 run rally in the final 3 innings this afternoon UT’s season will end later today. I think we can all find the humor in that.

And let me add..... not sure I’ve ever seen a decent team totally quit on a season like UT has. Embarrassing performance by David Pierce, his staff, and pretty much everyone on that team.

I generally abhor all things UT but I don't find amusement in baseball teams that quit. It's anathema and repugnant to the game itself. I count myself fortunate to not be a Horn fan because if I had witnessed what it sounds like you have witnessed, I'd be a former fan for sure.

The consolation prize is that we edge KSU for 8th place in RPI within the conference. Had they won G3, we'd have been dead-ass last.

OK State has the highest RPI in the conference. 8th ranked RPI overall.

I think we actually get a decent draw as the 6th seed. Opposite side of bracket from Tech, don’t get Manoah on a Thursday, Baylor’s #2 is nothing special at all (assuming they win Wed).... win Wed and we’ve got as good of a shot as anyone else IMO.

It’s a high hurdle for sure. Basically just pointing out that our path to winning isn’t blocked by any sort of murderer’s row.
