I don’t believe him but that’s not what he said on radio anyway
"We told everybody to fall on the ball," Gary Patterson following the Frogs loss to Kansas.

Yes. This hurt. With more games under his belt we might have beaten Tech and maybe UT. But who really knows what could have been from the start. We were also severely missing Turpin today.
No one is saying that. Most are simply stating that the QB play has improved since the change. It would be hard to argue that it hasn't.How much of the improvement was because we were playing KANSAS, and their 92nd ranked defense, and how much of it was because of Collins?
EVEN WITH COLLINS AT QB, that was the lowest point total scored on Kansas in a Big 12 game this season. Everyone's acting like he came in and was the 2nd coming of Dan Marino.
Well apparently not everyone listened"We told everybody to fall on the ball," Gary Patterson following the Frogs loss to Kansas.
I heard him say they tokd kickoff to fall on the ball.
He said “you’ve got to fall on the ball” he did not say “we told everybody to fall on the ball”
I was listening directly for that and did not hear those words. And I’d rather think they didn’t than to think we have players who would say screw it Im doing my own thing
Too soonIn case any of you need to call and talk to someone:

Pharm Frog I recorded it on my phone. He said "we told everybody to fall on the ball on the last onside kick."
If true (that he really told them that) makes it soooo much worse
After that he said because we'd still have one second left.
Probably would not have mattered. We still find a way to screw it up or miss the kick.I must be streaming some abbreviated version because there was no mention of a second remaining
Qb play is way better. But other positions wont focus a whole game.No one is saying that. Most are simply stating that the QB play has improved since the change. It would be hard to argue that it hasn't.
That is on the coaches. And the problem down the stretch is that we’ve got a team that had big expectations that is basically done, we’ve got a ton of injuries, and I’m not sure we’re real tough or driven to win...... so that could not only be a loss, but an ugly one.
