Update on Shooter

I talked to Shooter's wife this morning.

He is out of the regular hospital in Houston and has been transported to the Rehabilitation Hospital nearby.

He recognizes people and says complete sentences. However, he still mumbles some words.

It did not sound like there was a significant loss of usage of his limbs.

She says he loves talking about TCU football and the upcoming fall season.

I know he hates the hospital and wants to go home.

Get well Shooter. We need you.

Best to him and the family. Is that TIRR where he will rehab? Our good friend was there and is now rehabbing there on an out-patient basis...his wife is verry pleased with the place and his progress.

Shooter had stroke two weeks ago. He was in ICU for a week and is now in rehab at TIRR, a great facality. He is making progress and the family greatly appreciates the prayers from the frog family.
