Well that’s kind of my point. He most certainly seems to be a better running back than receiver. He’s never matched his supposed wr ability. More than anything, however, it speaks to how poor our running backs are or at least seem to be.

Savion gets positive yards when running behind this line yet it’s an absolute WWI western front struggle for any other running back to get positive yards behind it…..so it just makes me thing our rb room is very, very poor.
Yes, for me, Cam Cook is the most disappointing TCU player this year.
I would say Payne has been a pleasant surprise, and he needs greater opportunities.
I have no idea why they never played Nate Palmer, who is a little bigger than Payne.

Been saying Payne should be playing way more all year.
