That being said, it doesn’t undo the damage of taking away a marquee home game away from the fans. I bet it’ll be Tarleton, UTSA, etc.

Yes, 2026 could be a great season but we have to get a good start. I feel like some of the games we moved to Jerry World & lost killed the momentum & whole season.

I have thought about that OSU game a lot. We had a Frosh QB who gave the game away and we were still right there... I think we win that game at the Carter... And it would have been a completely different season.

Yes....GP wanted out of a second game with OSU and OSU was only too happy to play in a larger capacity stadium, hoping to run away with a greater gate share than ACS could generate and fill the slot for the second game with a school that was much more of a slam dunk win than TCU in that era....Poor decision on TCU's part....
