Q: Can I attend the event to support a team but NOT register for the 1-Mile Fun run or 5K?
A: Yes! On the day of the event, you may register on-site for the food and beverage portion only and support your team. The cost of this ticket is $30.
Please note on race day (March 23), the pricing will increase:
1-Mile fun run starting at 8:15am- $30 for adults and $25 for kids
5K starting at 8:00am- $40 for adults and $30 for kids
Festival-only is $30

Three curb-side parking spots are reserved for packet pick-up directly in front of Luke's Locker.
Race day pick-up is available, but we encourage you to arrive early to accommodate. Registration/packet pick-up will open at 6:30 am on race day.

Participants can enjoy food and drinks from local Fort Worth food vendors. Beer and other adult beverages offered to those 21 and over.

A: No. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on Heart of the Ranch grounds unless the animal is a service animal.
Q: Can I bring a jogging stroller or wheelchair?
A: Yes! If you need handicapped access, please email us at TheBlast@cookchildrens.org and we will get it pre-arranged for you!
Q: I have small children- do I need to register them?
A: Children ages 4 and under are free! Over 4 will register as a child.
