Yeah, those HH exchange fumbles kinda concern me, but he's just a freshman and hopefully won't be thrust into the spotlight just yet. It's also just Spring Ball and he's got PLENTY of time to adjust to exchanges with much faster/stronger/bigger backs and linemen.
Even though these are all new signal callers working in a new system with players they're unfamiliar with, overall I'm going to take these reports as a win for a much-improved defense until proven otherwise.

At the current rate, everyone would choose the same this year. Hauss is too raw. Hoover is injured. Seals is the clear #1 right now.

That is the hope, but if it takes that long to start playing, he likely won’t start as he will be too rusty. We will have to see how he progresses.
