How this is only his 4th outing this year is crazy to me w how bad a lot of our pen has been. This will be his 3rd really dominant outing (and the 4th wasn’t even all that bad if I recall.)

He didn't pitch his senior year. I'm sure CKS is working him back in slowly. Clearly Bixby has a future beyond TCU and CKS probably doesn't want him to reinjury his arm.
