I’m going to hope that was poor execution by the kicker. I hope coach wanted him to punch it down there deeper so as to upset their return. But the no-brainer move is kick it into the end zone like normal. We also played bad defense after the bad kick. Glad it didn’t come back to bite us in the end.

What’s so negative about being critical of a coach who’s paid millions to make good in-game decisions? We are fans who are invested. We have a right to be critical of decisions that affect our team.

If anyone saw anything today that they think is predictive of anything more than mediocre football, they are wishful seeing. The two biggest plays today were the injury to their DB and the injury to their best speed receiver. The program is where it’s been...pedestrian.

Yet we were in the 10% range of teams that give the ball away 5 times and still win. I think there was plenty to see that should bode well for the future. Not the least of which was Duggan’s arm.

For some of us who saw much leaner years, the fact that a 5-4 Big 12 record is "pedestrian" is pretty encouraging.

Be encouraged at middling performance. This is precisely what the administration is betting on because it’s the chosen path. The pyramid is an isosceles trapezoid. I’d prefer to choose a comparator that isn’t rock bottom.

I think some would give it back since it wasn’t a masterpiece. Four of the last 5 is nothing to complain about.

Well I did not like the squib kick either, but I think Gary coached a pretty good game today. Oklahoma State was 15th in the nation, and we won. If we could hold on to the ball, we would have beaten them handily, but that's a bunch of freshmen and one sophomore for you.

I don’t anyone who would give it back. In fact, there were several on here who have been saying we had a far better chance of winning this game than we had of winning against WVU.

The loss to KSU was the inexcusable one. We thought they were decent. They’re not close to that, and we were playing them the week after they lost QB.
