Does Dallas have the worst GMs/owners in the country?

Cuban sold controlling share to a wealthy family in the casino business. They are behind pushing for legalized gambling in Texas. If they don't get that the Mavericks new home will be Las Vegas...

Dirk was overrated too. Appears many Dallas fans simply like white men, that can’t jump. Uff da.
I've seen some bad takes from you before, but to say that a 14 time All-Star, one time MVP, and 12 time All-League player was "overrated", well, woof.

Then to top it off you accuse people of liking Dirk and Luka (RoY and five time all-League first teamer) because of their color. You have something wrong with you and need to reflect on that.

Keep in mind, this is coming from a guy who thinks Kendrick Perkins is a good sports analyst, so his credibility was already shot before saying that.

David Robison was another athletic big man who was a very good defender, two-way star. He and Olajuwon put up similar good numbers in the 1994-95 season and Robinson won the MVP, mainly because of the thought of spreading the wealth even though most recognized Olajuwon was the more valuable; but Hakeem was awarded the MVP the year before and Robinson was a highly respected nice guy. Olajuwon then completely whooped and embarrassed Robinson with his various quick low post spins and moves in a playoff matchup on the way to back-to-back championships. Hakeem the most athletic skilled low post player ever.

Nah, The Mailman had an engaging power game, including a great dunker/finisher on fast breaks. He was a better passer/distributer and was a very good defender; a two-way star.
An "engaging power game"?

Whatever that is, he was boring to watch. You asked a question, I answered it. Says nothing about his effectiveness or how good he was. But Dirk was a great player too. A team with an old Jason Kidd, Jason Terry, Shawn Marion, Tyson Chandler, and Caron Butler leading the way ain't winning jack [ Finebaum ] without him.

We were robbed of a Rockets-Bulls Final...

Yep, that would have been terrific, Olajuwon versus Jordan, #1 versus #2 in the same draft. I think Jordan in later years admitted that was a matchup problem for them with Hakeem in the middle - regular season matchups had shown this. But instead we hear the blather that the Rockets won because Jordan was out playing baseball or paying his gambling debts. Reality is, the Hakeem Rockets were the one team that stood a good chance to derail the Jordan Bulls. I would have bet on the Rockets with their inside-out game.
