don't think the shift is over as far as NIL itself is concerned. In part, for reasons that you relate to above.If this era of NIL is left completely wide open there will be a few school with special situations that become powerhouses from nowhere. About every 75 years there have been some upheaval in the power programs based on seismic shifts in the rules that regulate college sports. We are in one of those shifts.
