Looked like 2B called for and just flat over ran it.

Agreed that if he can get there it’s easier but the 2nd baseman called it early and looked like he had a beat on it. Not a hard play going over your left shoulder like that if you can just get there

Both true, but if I'm in RF I call him off every time. IMO, it's only 100% the 2Bs fault if he runs into the RF while he's catching it.

2B definitely should have been able to make that play, though. No doubt.
