Getting ready to discuss TCU being ranked ahead of Baylor after the commercial break. Or at least they teased it leading into the commercial break.

All of them save for Des said if both win out, Baylor gets in.

Same old talking points we've been hearing all week.

Said if it comes down to H2H vs. Minnesota/Buffalo (H2H wins out in that comparison in their opinion).

Corso must have forgotten when he championed for FSU over Miami in 2000 when Miami beat FSU on the field and Miami ' only loss was on the road to UW.

DEAR GOD. BAYLOR LOST BY 2 TDs TO WEST VIRGINIA IN A GAME BAYLOR NEVER CONTROLLED WHY WONT ANYONE EVER BRING THIS UP????
This is why we have a professional committee making these choices rather than ESPN talking heads. These guys desire controversy and just don't do the necessary preparation / research. Truth is the next three games are not the decisive factor. TCU's schedule was superior to Baylor's before the season started based on Minny vs. Buffalo.

This is what kills me -- they act like there are 2 factors: OOC schedule and H2H. And now they want to bring up common opponent--OU--but ignore Baylor's bad WVU loss. CFP Chair Long already eviscerated that OU argument this week ('not the same team').

I think having 5 ADs on the committee that play legit OOC schedules (USC, Ark, Clemson, WVU, Wisconsin) is going to help us on December 7. Long--the Chair--has us on his future OOC schedule. We beat Luck's team and Baylor didn't. Wisky's AD knows who we are, and if Minny can be competitive the next few weeks he'll think highly of that W. USC has never played an FCS team, so their AD could end up offended by Baylor's OOC schedule.

Regarding co-champs: many of the folks on the committee are very familiar with co-champs from the Pac-10, 10/11-team B1G, Big 8, SWC, and Big East eras. It's nothing new to anyone who's been paying attention for more than a minute.
