always nice when you have kids who really want to be part of the program. the type of kids who know the culture and not only have bought in, but can be your leaders.

that goes up exponentially when those prospects have the physical talent and upside jackson and bolticoff bring to the table at a critical position

Wonder if we rekindle with Alexander. At one point he really wanted a TCU offer but we never offered and he committed to Minny. If we are feeling like our top targets at DE are drying up, maybe we look back to Alexander

Are you saying that we haven't offered? 247 shows we have which may have been his motivation to decommit from Minny.

Hmmm... and we still haven't offered.?. Kid has offers from the academies, plus Vandy Tulane Rice... so not exactly an academic risk.

Hopefully soon but numbers are tight.

Right now class estimated about 16, but 14 actual spots currently.

6 commits so 8 slots unfilled:

on the verge: Belton, Evans and Kelley?

So 5 left?

Needs: FWIW I think Center is one of the biggest needs, others
TE (1) ???
DE (1) Watson?
LB (1)
S (1)
CB (1)

I get it but really 5 and the run more 3 LBer sets so need 9?

9?

if the frogs are going to run a 3-3-5 all the time yes,

if they are going to flip between the 4-2-5 and a 3-3-5 you can't tie up 10% of your entire roster.

right now if 2 of those players aren't going to contribute at linebacker as you suggest they have too many and if you are going to go to a 3-man front on a regular basis you don't need as many d-linemen
