True. Didn't mean to ignore that rule; just meant to make the point I didn't think they were restricted in any other way by their current school or conference. I suppose maybe the portal provides some measure of value in garnering new offers.

Don't know about the competition level but even still, based on that film and if those numbers are close to being accurate, seems like a no-brainer.
