Nationals starting pitching is right there with Astros as best in playoffs.

If Cardinals don’t find any offense and make this a series, Strasburg and Scherzer could be very well rested going into the World Series.

They’re set up well.

It’s still pretty crazy they’re to this point in the playoffs...trailed 3-1 going into the the 8th inning of the Wild Card and Game 5 of the NLDS.

Yeah if the Astros are lucky enough to make the WS, I’m sure it’ll be after a grueling 7 game series. I’m not looking forward facing a well-rested version of this Nationals team.

She just turned 2 so we are trying to explain the concept to her. She has a general idea that something is happening with a baby coming and mommy’s tummy, but I’m not sure she grasps the concept of siblings.
