Field. He tried to snag a hot grounder and it took a big bounce and caught him in the face.

Honestly, if you think about it the way I am, it could be much worse (not for the obvious reasons ie. broken bones). If he took a fastball directly to the face, it could cause issues with confidence at the plate. I know I would be skittish for sure.
