1. TCU has an incentive to create the best situation for its semi-professional athletes to be most successful. Based on last year, it’s worth a few Billion $ in exposure to be playing in January.

2. There will be plenty of tickets available on secondary market.

3. BYU has 35K students and 450K living alumni, TCU has 10K students and 90K living alumni (per quick google)

4. BYU can do the same thing in Provo to TCU

In the last 30 years, BYU and UT have both arrogantly left TCU behind, in a conference twice, that they were sure they were too good to be in. Now BYU comes crawling back and wants to be treated special? BYU is worse than UT now.
