Flying to LAS tonight, hang out in downtown Vegas, staying overnight at the Circa, in the morning watch a bowl game or two at their crazy huge sportsbook, driving the renal car to Phoenix on Friday starting at about 2PM.

Heading out on the 6AM departure from Love Field on Saturday. Flight lands in Phoenix at 7:45AM. Friend is picking me up. Breakfast then we'll head out to the stadium. Then, I leave at 5AM the next morning. On the ground for less than 24 hours.

Because of family concerns I leave DFW at 11:29 and have a six hour layover in Vegas. Then fly to Phoenix on the game day arriving at 9:10 am.

Would love to go to a casino but six hours doesn't seem like enough time.

I have been to Vegas many times and have seen the slot machines. Just not big on playing the slots.

Well, maybe you know more, Eight, but I've been to one of them three times in the last two weeks, and the quality certainly hasn't failed. Which one do you eat at? Be curious to know.

Driving the north route on I-40 bit us in the rear. We’ve gone 120 miles in 4 hours. Northern New Mexico experienced an unforecasted snow and ice. I’m typing this from the driver seat while parked on I-40 about 30 miles east of Gallup. Someone save me.

We made it to our hotel in Tempe at 5:30. Left at 7:00 AM. 10.5 hours from Albuquerque to Tempe. Unreal day of travel. I don’t want to see my truck for days… unfortunately, I don’t think that’s a possibility haha
