The tough thing with GP is that his real genius, the thing that has made him exceptional over the years, really is his ability to call a game. Truth be told, he’s not a very good CEO type. I hate to say it but the day GP turns into a CEO type is probably the day he no longer gives us any competitive advantage.

IMO He has to place a premium on hiring better and holding staff accountable to higher standards. Especially if he is going to continue to spend as much prep and field time doing DC duties

You're absolutely right here; the insuperable difficulty in TCU's case would be GP's ability/willingness to the execute it rather than the idea itself. I'd like to believe he's adaptable and prudential enough to go for it, but I strongly suspect he isn't.

My bad. I thought it was from last week. Also thought it said visitor's locker room on the wall. Makes more sense. I know they travel well but that was insane.
