Are the guys in the bullpen available for any game or are there different bullpen groups for different days?

Can mid-week starters serve as relief pitchers in weekend games if needed? Or vice versa? Assuming coaches think they're rested enough anyway

Do we use the same closer for all games or does that vary from game to game?

Broadcast is not showing MPH. Would like to know where this UTA pitcher is sitting. Reminds me of that UNM lefty pitcher a few years ago that sat 82-84 with fastball but mainly flipped 69-72 mph curves.
