End of the 1st inning Zack took a line drive off the side of the face and went down. (Micah made the throw to get the final out.) He was down on a knee for a while and they sat him on his butt to evaluate him. Prob a couple of minutes there and he got up and walked off with Danny Wheat. As he was heading to the dugout you could some blood and a huge knot on his cheekbone just below his temple.

Scary sound when a baseball hits someone in the head like that. It’s one that I’ve heard 4 times now in my life on a baseball field and it makes me sick each and every time I hear it.

Massey rankings has us at #1....aggies are 3....Dallas Baptist is 9....Texas is 27 and our conference opener, Kansas, somewhere around 150....I forget exactly.
