Prices are dirt cheap this year in comparison to Oregon state game. Similar to Tech/ Baylor

Even with the gawd awful prices we had last year, TCU still brought 39k or so fans last year.

$150 seats are now $75, $65 with season tickets

BYU will bring 2x what oregon state did. Minimum of 55k, possibly upwards of 65k even with the game being on ESPN2

Rivalry, if SMU keeps going on the rise, could make for a good DFW match up every year. And what better place to play then right in the middle of both teams

attendance will def depend on records, 60k plus if both are undefeated, could be much lower if not

Ya, not sure how being on an ESPN network hurts....will probably add exposure before the game. Being on a Friday will hurt out of town Frogs like myself, though.

Everyone keeps saying how BYU has a huge fan base, yet the times we have had them in town, we have never had a sold out game. (or really even close)

Hope I am pleasantly surprised, but I do not see this as being a huge turn out of 60-70,000+. I went with what I think is the high side of closer to 50,000 because I think both teams could only have 0 or 1 losses.

I remember the OU/BYU game 2 years ago. BYU had a very large group of fans from Utah, was prolly 25% of the stadium in blue, which would be a lot more than OSU

2 of the 3 were on Thursday nights.

This year is a Friday, still not a Saturday. I will have to wait until they show up to play TCU as opposed to OU. I am more of a do it as opposed to talk about it as to whether BYU fans will show up in force.

Oh well that was why I voted the way I did.
