#2 in Region 1 where South Carolina is 1. I think I would rather be in the Texas bracket as they were 1-2 vs South Carolina this year.

Interest in the women's basketball team surpassing football (offseason), men's basketball, and baseball is something I have never seen happen since I have been on this site since 1998. Kudos to the women's basketball team for making it happen.
I must say, I am a fan and rooting for them to go and win it all.

I’m bad at math but that looks like a #2 seed to me…

We should be #2 in a better bracket. I'm hoping for USC or UConn.

Edit. UConn is a 2 seed also.
Not convinced that Uconn will be/stay behind Texas. They face Creighton in the Big East championship tonight.

Fun fact: Creighton's Lauren Jensen is the daughter of two people I went to HS with (he was in my class; she was a year older. Neither of them played basketball LOL).

I agree. We should be in a better bracket. Pretty clear bias against B12 in the ESPN bracketology overall IMO. I could see UConn as a 1, especially after the 20 point win tonight over Creighton in the BEast championship. Whoever is the #1 seed in the bracket we are in is going to be a really tough out. But guess what? We will be too!

Biggest advantage of TCU earning a 2 seed is knowing the Frogs won't have UConn in their region. Some think the Huskies could get a 1, but talent and form can't overcome the weak Quad 1 record. They'll be a 2.

Winning is fun. TCU gets a big lift from this across the board. A Final 4 would be amazing.

The NCAA leader in 3-point shooting percentage just hit the portal. TCU was not among Sportskeeda's five likely destinations for BYU guard Kailey Woolston, but they focused mostly on who recruited her in high school and not schools that need and can deploy a sharpshooter. TCU has two centers in the wings and has some strength coming at guard/wing, but what they don't have is a replacement for Madison Conner. I would be surprised if HCMC doesn't try to have a conversation with Woolston, and I can't think of many better places for her to land.
