Slow starts in last four games give

that a fast start will put TCU in a hole and that TCU won't be able
to handle the pressure of playing from behind.

AFA and others are losing their dread of facing TCU.
Putting SMU, CSU, and BYU away in the 1st half
like TCU did against Wyoming would raise the
apprehension factor considerably.

Instead TCU gets comments like these from the AFA Prediction thread

TCU was up 17-0 at the half on BYU. If thats a slow start then I dont know...Not like Colorado State was ever in the game anyways. Let Air Force have their false sense of reality.

I'm waiting for the day when the TCU offense from the Baylor game meets up with the TCU defense from the CSU/Wyoming/BYU games. Hopefully that'll happen in SLC on 11/6.

Compared to the predictions you can see here, those are almost rational, even though the Frogs will win this one with points to spare [at least by one].

These sluggish opening offensive performances could pose a real problem when encountering

teams like Air force and particularly on the road against a team like Utah. Our Defense always

seems to come out full of piss and vinegar. The Offense needs to adopt a similar attitude.
