Scaffolding erected in north endzone

Once upon a time I could get on those web cameras practically any time I wanted to. Now it's damn near impossible to sneak a peak at the west stands except after 5:00.

With interesting stuff going on in the north end zone, I suppose that camera will be busy all the time, too. I guess TCU cut back on the bandwidth available to those web cameras.

Annoying.

I am having the same problems. Can't get on west side cam til after all the people streaming it all day from their office go home.

By the way they have started putting up more steel on the upper deck.

I suppose that people using the web cam as wallpaper could gobble up the bandwidth, and maybe I should withdraw my complaint about TCU being stingy.

Although I would think that TCU would want as many people as possible looking at those web cam images.

Here's a pic I made in photoshop from the webcams.. the lower crane turned before I snagged the second one, thus the floating boom above the upper deck in the middle..

This is interesting to watch. They have 4 cranes in close proximity to each other. 2 tower cranes and 2 crawlers.

Does anyone know if the construction company has a "traffic cop" or controller to make certain they don't get into each others way?

There is also a smaller crane that has been hoisted up to the 2nd level on the west side. You can barely see it but its there

If there is a way to do it, they need to put viewers on a timer on the web cams. Five minutes is way more than enough time to be logged in to one cam. You can see about all there is to see in about 2 minutes, really.

And if some are streaming to a screensaver...that is just wrong, and very, very selfish.

I get the feeling some just log in and leave it there for hours at a time.
