Dart left USC for Ole Miss last year so he has used his one free transfer. I don’t know why he would get a waiver to play immediately in this situation if he transferred again. I think he has to sit out a year on the 2nd transfer.

He enrolled early at USC, so if he finishes the spring semester at Ole Miss and has taken summer hours, he should be able to graduate and get that exception. If not, he never took a redshirt year so he'd be smart to transfer and sit out. No chance Sanders, Dart, and Howard are all on the roster next season.
