How Ken Wilson being hired by TCU impacts Nevada football's $1 million buyout he's owed

TCU officially hired former Nevada football head coach Ken Wilson this week, making the announcement Monday night.
That's good news financially for Nevada, although we won't know exactly how much money it will save the Wolf Pack.
After firing him in December following back-to-back 2-10 seasons, Nevada owed Wilson a $1 million buyout in monthly payments over the remainder of his contract, which ran through December 2026, or $27,777.78 per payment for the next 36 months.
