This is just unbelievable to me. The proposal was written such that you had the option of converting the volunteer coach to a paid position or at the very least allowing him to recruit. So if your budget allowed for an additional coach, great. If not, the volunteer could help you even more than. He does not.
I’d really like to hear what these AD’s had to say about why they voted against it.
