Initial thoughts about our matchup: We will be favored. We are 15 spots higher on KenPom than Utah State. They are a good team but we should be able to beat them.

Purdue is just a tough matchup for us. It will be a road game environment in Indianapolis should we get past Utah State. Not sure we have anyone who can take on Edey. Purdue chokes in the tournament every year but the difference this year is they can shoot 3s where last year they couldn't.

Seeding is where the lack of respect lies. Many had Utah State as a 6 or 7, Nevada as a 6 or 7, and Boise State as an 8 or 9.
