It's awkward all around, especially for his son, but there are a few more of these lawsuits to be brought with the "new(ish) administration" (both athletic and academic). It's basically a attitude, for better or worse.

Levy was one of those people who pissed himself the night before the Kansas game in 2020 and hotel security had to escort him to his room, twice.

Muck Face is a moron.

First, he does not even tell us the venue of the lawsuit (it is a Federal Court case, but where - I don't have the time today to chase it down).

Second, TCU fired the employee that was accused of [ Baylor accusations ] as soon as the allegations were made.

Third, what has any of this crap have a bearing on the allegations of "Age Discrimination"?

Either the Coach was discriminated against or he wasn't.

Soiling one's shorts in Kansas City has nothing to do with the case!

Tall Building Lawyers just trying to embarrass TCU into an early settlement.

Who wrote the article? Byline says Steven Johnson, with Muck’s mug and phone # at the end.

Not a good look. Makes our athletic Dept sound and look like it’s run by a bunch of frat boys who can’t seem to grow up.
While I agree with your opinion, shouldn't our Chancellor and Trustees be addressing this internally with Donati? And none of that has anything to do with an age discrimination lawsuit.

All the other coaches listed in Muck's article needed to be let go based on performance, except Schloss, and we all know why he left.

As far as Montigel is concerned, the golf team had been sliding for years (though I think the resources he was given are a significant factor for this). I think it is going to hard for him to prove this case if it goes to trial, but is the university willing to settle to just make it go away?

It’s a shame he is choosing to do this. It had nothing to do with his age and everything to do with the program slipping and declining alumni support. His most prominent former players wanted him gone and the current players liked him but didn’t have respect for him as a coach. Nicest guy in the world but he wasn’t getting the job done anymore. It was time for so many performance reasons. When players are taking pictures of you sleeping at practice it’s time to go.

Employees having public extramarital affairs or inappropriate relations during work events (or at work facilities) implies selective punishment

Sounds like whoever was hanging out with schloss’ wife is still around…

What does that have to do with a claim of age discrimination against someone else three years later?
Bill's point was he was in addition to the age perspective that he was too old - he was also retaliated against by Donati because he did not approve of the get drunk and act like a frat boy attitude that has been prevelant in our Athletic Dept since ADJD become the head of it.
