Top posted a couple of articles in Top's Corner this morning.
If nobody was interested in an article, it quickly dropped off the first page. Any other threads interesting enough were pushed ahead of it by people posting in them. Top did a service to this board that a lot of people obviously appreciated and many many people read the articles he posted, even more so before he had to stop posting full articles. He had been doing this since you were in grade school, and now because Johnny-come-lately's like you acted like d-bags when he overreacted, he's obviously done with it.

BOTTOM FROG (Top) is a gigantic drama queen who has smart alec comments for everyone but himself. He thinks that because he comes on here acting like some kind of 13 yr old newbie little newspaper reporter, that it gives him some "ownership" of this board and he can then

How did RG3 do against A&M with the game on the line in the 4th QTR? He failed to score even once as he was completely shut down in embarrassing fashion as A&M's much less heralded QB led his team to multiple 4th QT scores and the win ! How did RG3 do vs a horrid Illinios team in their bowl game when the Illinios Fighting Gooses were the 14 pt underdogs and the 8th place team in their league ? ANSWER: He once again pooped the bed in humiliating fashion and he was even crticized by his own fans for his attitude and his disgustingly poor performance. So what has changed? Baylor also lost their best RB and they have NOBODY to replace him !! The 2 RBs who tried to take the spot in Spring Ball were both terrible and are not Div 1 RBs. And there is no other RB. Baylor's running game was one of the very worst in all of college football last season and they gained less than 100 yds vs Tcu last year, even as Tcu loaded up their defense to stop the pass. How will they do any better this year without their best RB and their best OLINEMAN ? I'd love to hear that answer !!
Tcu double-teamed the 3 best Baylor WRs and RG3 had nowhere to go with the ball. Kind of like double teaming in basketball. TCU DEFENSE ?
Big changes in the Tcu defense? Not really. PATTERSON says the Tcu DLine this year will be the most athletic he has had and the best DLine he has ever had at Tcu. Great talent level !! No dropoff there !! Tcu returns two All American LBs also. No dropoff there !! Tcu returns both All American LBs also. Good luck to anyone who is going to try to run the ball vs the Frogs !! They wont be able to do it, meaning opposing defenses will have to rely on the pass and be one-dimensional offenses. Being one dimensional last yr is what got Baylor beat so badly vs Tcu last year.
CB and Safety is pretty good for this year for Tcu. One CB returns and he is very very good (McCoy). McCoy is the fastest player on the team and is such a devastating playmaker that he also returns punts and kickoffs. The other CB is BATTLE and he had an offer from FLORIDA out of HS. He is the only Tcu CB who ever turned down FLORIDA for Tcu. He is very very talented. Good luck throwing the ball vs those two !!! All 3 safeties are being replaced, however, one of the replacements for this yr had already won a starting spot (Cuba) and he played very well in the Rose Bowl. The other two safety replacements are upgrades in speed from last yr's version, so safety is not a concern.
Baylor scored just 10 pts off the Tcu defense last year. Nothing has happened to suggest that Baylor has made great improvements. In fact Baylor played horribly in their bowl game and then lost their best Olineman and best RB. That aint "improvement" !! The only reason Baylor scored their ONE TD last yr was because Tcu put their 3rd string defense in the game in the final QTR (with the score 45-3). If Tcu left their defensive starters in the game all game long, Baylor would have ended the game with just 3 pts !!
Baylor will be very hard pressed to score 14 points in this game. Tcu will not respect the Baylor run, and the Tcu defense will load up against the pass (just as they did last yr as RG3 had nobody to pass to, and also had Tcu's DEs thundering down on him on every passing play giving him just 2.5 secs to find a WR before he got face planted into the turf).

The Baylor safeties were gutted when the new DCoord sent both 4 star freshman safeties to LB. The Baylor pass rush last year was 99th out of 120 Div 1 college teams last year. And both of those stinking DEs return. The new Baylor DCoord is the same guy who got fired from PITT last yr and the same guy who got fired from SMU as Head Coach (he also served as co-DCoord at SMU) as his SMU team went 1-11 two yrs in a row as those CONF USA powerhouse teams such as MARSHALL COLLEGE, UTEP, UAB, WEST CAROLINA and RICE scored at will against Bennett's Smu defense.
Baylor wont score 21 points against the Tcu defense. The Baylor defense will have to hold the Tcu offense to less than 20 pts in order to beat Tcu. Baylor's offense wouldnt hold Prarie View A&M to less than 20 points, much less the Rose Bowl Champion !

QB Tom Brady of the New England Patriots is actually a very poor athlete (relatively speaking compared to a guy like Mike Vick or Vince Young or Terrell Pryor). Terrelle Pryor is a far far far better athlete than Brady is. Not even a contest !! Pryor would beat Brady badly in every single athletic category you could come up with.
Same with Peyton Manning. He is timed in the 40 yd dash every year with a sundial not a stopwatch. Manning's 40 yd dash time is stated in terms of DAYS not seconds. Have you ever watched that guy try to run the ball? Oh my gosh !! Your little sister could run the ball better !! Egads !! Terrelle Pryor is an elite athlete and puts Manning to shame in every athletic category. But who cares? Pryor is a crap QB (in my opinion) and is so confident of his abilities to run the ball and be "athletic" that he failed his team in critical times this past year as they failed to win the conf title (when Pryor tried to be the hero with his athleticism).
A good QB is always a great passer !! RBs run the ball. QBs pass the ball. Great passers win games when the game is on the line. Athletic guys invariably dont study defenses much and rely on their great running skills to get them out of trouble (which they all discover at some point, that idea doesnt work well against good teams).

Joe Montana passed the ball to win so many super bowls ! So did Brady. So did Manning. Vince Young? Great athlete !! Lousy lousy passer. Lousy leader. Lousy passing knowledge about defenses. But he is GREAT in things that dont matter to a QB. Pryor for instance can run fast as blazes !! He can run all over the field like his hair is on fire when DLinemen are chasing him. He can scramble around really good and he can imitate a RB really good. None of that is worth two dry pharrtts as a QB in a big game, but he can do it.
Yet if Tcu had a college age Brady and Baylor had Pyror, you would hear Baylor idiots screaming that Pryor is clearly and obviously a HEISMAN TROPHY candidate while Brady cant get out of his own way and sucks eggs, and pales in comparison to Pryor's speed and athleticism.
And yet we know for a fact that Brady (and Manning) is thousands and thousands of miles superior to guys like Vince Young and Terrelle Pryor. Young and Pryor dont even live in the same QB universe that Brady lives in. Young and Pryor will be out of the NFL very soon as Manning and Brady are not only still playing, but playing exceptionally well (because they are great PASSERS !!!!).

BS is most of what's posted on just about any football board between the close of spring ball (and signing day) and the start of fall ball.
That and scandals, if one doesn't count scandals as BS.
This happens every off season.
