Ah the good ole 'meet at the Frog Fountain for a throwdown'!
Funny thing is, we've had these board challenges for a throwdown at Frog Fountain for years and not one has ever actually taken place. And for good reason.

If one ever occurred, both parties would be arrested by the TCU Police (yes, they are a licensed police force, empowered by the state of Texas to make arrests). Then both parties would be remanded to the custody of the Fort Worth PD and the criminal justice system, and both parties would likely be banned from the TCU campus permanently. That would include all home sporting events.

TCU is private not public property. They can ban anyone they choose. Any violation of the ban would likely result in charges of criminal trespass. Just the same as if you entered someone's private land or home without permission or consent. Section 30.05 of the Texas Penal Code.

Time for certain parties to quit acting like middle-school boys playing "Who's got the biggest richard." But some guys are like Peter Pan. They never grow up.

My apologies so let me clarify. They didn't like what someone said on the internet about a WWE video so they threatened to expose the person (which in turn would have gotten him beat up at minimum) if they didn't get an apology. This is a news network we are talking about here....

Not quite right but they did get an apology, though no threats were made. They did say HanAssholeSolo was a middle-aged man.....

CNN did threaten to publish his name if he did anything like it again right?

excerpt from the CNN article on it....

CNN is not publishing "HanA**holeSolo's" name because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, showed his remorse by saying he has taken down all his offending posts, and because he said he is not going to repeat this ugly behavior on social media again. In addition, he said his statement could serve as an example to others not to do the same.

CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.

Again, see below. Black and white in the article. Anyone can spin it after the fact but doesn't get any clearer than that.

CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change.

It would have been a pretty easy fix if they didn't want this to blow up on them. And didn't say verbatim that they "reserve the right to publish his identity" This would have done it. Just stop after the word "citizen".

CNN is not publishing "HanA**holeSolo's" name because he is a private citizen
