Congress will look the other way. Issues with no clear voter need will not go forward. Hell it is congress’s second year to consider day light savings time switch. What’s in a college football labor deal for them?
Courts on the other hand love to make rules and invent law. They will likely be the ones who ultimately decide the outcome.

I didn’t get to go but from what I’ve heard and seen on X:

- Receivers look great
- Palmer clearly RB1, followed by Barnes and Payne. Battle good but not explosive.
- Hoover struggling in the redzone
- CBs look good despite missing Helm and Glover
- Safeties making great plays at and behind the LOS
- LBs look good
- D line having good moments
- Have heard nothing about o-line (concerning)
- Adam Schobel after his first drive looked very impressive for a frosh

Am I missing anything?

Way To Early First Week Predictions

(Partially based on Spring camps)

TCU AT NORTH CAROLINA (MONDAY, SEPT. 1)

Early prediction: TCU 35, North Carolina 24
Much has been made this offseason about North Carolina's schedule favorability this fall during the first season for Bill Belichick, but if there's any hiccup potential for the Tar Heels, it's going to happen early. TCU brings back much of its firepower from last year's bowl team and could be a force near the top-tier of the Big 12 and all eyes in this one will be on Belichick's debut in Chapel Hill. In fact, the Tar Heels' next two games against Power 4 competition after Labor Day comes against UCF (on the road) and Clemson. What will the fans at North Carolina be saying if the Tar Heels start 2-3 with wins over Charlotte and Richmond? For this opener, TCU has considerably fewer personnel questions than the Tar Heels at the moment.
