This is great to see! A video of TCU’s coach, Kaz Kazadi, delivering a strong speech to his players about consent and sexual harassment is currently making rounds on social media.

Kazadi, who serves as the assistant athletic director for football human performance (strength and conditioning coach) is preparing his players for their upcoming season, but took the time to talk to his players about how to interact with women. In the viral video Kazadi can be heard saying, “If your with a young lady she has to consent to every act. So if you were in the car with her and something went down in the car that doesn’t mean something has to go down in the apartment.”

Some of these young men have never had that conversation with an adult male. And they need it, as does every young man. This and a lot of other conversations.
