Relative said it was a mild stroke and Herb should be ok long term.

Herb's daughter reported that he is being released from hospital today following a stroke and has started intensive speech therapy.  His motor skills are not affected; his congition and speech are affected and he is working really hard already to overcome that. Let's keep those thoughts and prayers going to help support him and his family as he works to improve.

Believe he coached football and basketball at Paschal too ( at various points of his career there).

Good news that it was only a mild stroke. Loved watching him play Bball at TCU, loved him as a Paschal parent when he was coaching there.
