Any recs on a good mediterranean restaurant in FW, preferably near TCU? We'll be stopping by campus while we're in town for Thanksgiving and I'll need a break from Tex-Mex my wife will be trying to eat for every meal.

I have smoked ice on my smoker. Basically: start with a small square cake pan filled with ice and smoke it at 180 degrees to melt it. Once fully melted, stir the water slightly, then pour water into ice cube trays.
It's great because the first sips are slightly smoky and the slower you drink the more smoky it gets.
