Guidelines for Posting Support Requests and Bug Reports

  1. With all of the current upgrades and updates to the site, and ones still on the way, this forum is to better help members post issues they've found with the new software to make it easier for us to locate and correct any issues.

    [font=Helvetica Neue'][background=rgb(255, 255, 255)]If you come across an issue, no matter how small, please follow these rules when posting a report to this thread (this will also help keep the board clean of error threads):[/background][/font]
    • Explain exactly what the error is that you've encountered (if you see an error number please post that)
    • Explain what you were doing when the error occurred
    • If you know approximately when it happened, include the date and time (this helps if we need to pour through the server's logs, which are hundreds of thousands of lines)
    • Include a screen shot of the error, if possible (how to take a screenshot)
    Finally, if the bug you've discovered is keeping you from logging into the site, and therefore you're unable to post to this thread, please email me directly (seanf at killerfrogs dot com).
